Indeed they do, indeed they do 🙂
“Everything starts somewhere, though many physicists disagree. But people have always been dimly aware of the problem with the start of things. They wonder how the snowplough driver gets to work, or how the makers of dictionaries look up the spelling of words.”
― Terry Pratchett, Hogfather
I often wonder about the origin of a flight as I watch planes overhead. I have done this since I was a kid. Imagining what city the flight originated, who’s onboard and where are they going. Great post!

They seem so much less common and routine than they really are, glorified buses in the sky, but still, they FLY – it still seems like magic, doesn’t it?

I like to remind myself to try to see the world through the eyes of a kid. That way everything is magical!

It is all magical, honestly. Magic is simply what we don’t understand. Science tells us much about how the magic works, but still, under the hood of reality? We haven’t a clue. The more we learn, the deeper the mysteries get. Most of us get buried in fatuous common sense and the dull routines of getting by. Kids are fresh and energetic: what better standard to live by? Stale and tired? I say you do well.
